This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you on its status. For shipping orders, some of this information may be disclosed to the courier services used.
Si Belle by Sibel Mesta offers a 100% guarantee that any product (except lingerie & panties) you are not perfectly happy with you may return within 10 business days of receipt. We will gladly offer you an exchange or online store credit on your purchase provided the product is unworn, in perfect condition, and any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken. Please take note of this when opening your purchase.
All Si Belle by Sibel Mesta products come with care instructions to help you keep them in pristine condition for as long as possible. We do not refund any silk goods that have been machine washed, and for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on lingerie & panties, except in cases of faulty merchandise.
How to Return Si Belle by Sibel Mesta Goods:
We believe you will be delighted with your purchases, but there may be occasions when you feel it is necessary to return an item. We aim to keep this process as simple as possible.
If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return an item and they are eligible for return or exchange, kindly email email@example.com with information of items being returned and shipping tracking number, then simply mail them in their original packaging with tags unremoved within 10 business days of dispatch and we will give you an online store credit or replace the item.

- the product you are returning
- the reason you are returning it
- and mark clearly whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange
- If you do require a replacement please include the necessary details (shipping is the responsibility of the customer and Si Belle will bill charge for any re-shipment, upon payment verification the goods will be re-shipped with a tracking number)

Please allow 2-3 working days for your return to reach us. Our lovely staff will process your return as quickly as possible. We aim to have any exchanged goods to you within 7 business days.
Customized kaftan orders will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Items purchased on clearance or final sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
Si Belle by Sibel Mesta may from time to time provide the option to PreOrder pieces from the newest collection but due to wholesale and retail demand may chose to not produce certain pieces within the collection and cannot guarantee delivery of those pieces. In this case, Si Belle guarantees fully that any charges, if made, will be credited in their entirety immediately upon notification that the pieces will not be produced.
